BudRun connects you with licensed local cannabis dispensaries that offer delivery. Browse dispensaries near you, add products to your cart, choose your payment method (cash or e-Transfer), and place your order. You'll receive real-time updates as your order is confirmed, picked up, and delivered.

Yes β€” BudRun is completely free for customers. There are no membership fees, no platform charges, and no hidden costs. You pay the dispensary directly for your order and any applicable delivery fee.

Payment options depend on the dispensary. Most dispensaries on BudRun accept cash on delivery and e-Transfer. You'll select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Once your order is out for delivery, you'll see a live progress bar and estimated arrival time in your customer dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage β€” confirmed, out for delivery, and delivered.

Yes, you'll need a free account to place orders. Creating an account lets you track your orders, view your order history, and save your details for faster checkout.

You must be of legal age in your province to purchase cannabis. In most Canadian provinces this is 19+, and in Quebec and Alberta it is 18+. By using BudRun you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your area.

Yes! You can add a tip for your driver at checkout. Tips are a great way to show appreciation for great service.

Click "Register Your Dispensary" and complete the registration form. Once your account is approved, you can set up your store profile, add products, configure delivery zones and rates, and set your operating hours.

Yes β€” listing your dispensary on BudRun is completely free. There are no registration fees and no commissions on orders. Optional upgrades include a Featured Listing add-on ($29/mo or $279/yr) for top placement, or a Standard ($49/mo) or Pro ($99/mo) plan for advanced tools.

A Featured Listing places your dispensary prominently at the top of the marketplace in the Featured section, sorted by proximity to shoppers. It's available as a $29/month add-on on any plan (or $279/year β€” save $69).

When a customer places an order, you'll receive an instant email notification. Log in to your dispensary dashboard, go to the Orders tab, and click "Confirm Order" to begin processing. When your driver is on the way, click "Start Delivery", and mark it "Delivered" when complete.

Yes. In your dispensary dashboard under Profile settings, you can set a minimum order amount. Customers will not be able to place an order below this amount.

In your dashboard, go to the Zones tab. You'll see a list of all available cities. Check the ones you deliver to and set the delivery fee for each zone. Save your changes to update your profile.

There is no limit to the number of products you can list. Each product supports up to 3 images and up to 8 weight/price variants (e.g. 1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g, 1/4lb, 1/2lb, 1lb).
