BudRun is a cannabis delivery marketplace operating in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial cannabis laws. You must be of legal age in your province or territory to register, browse, and place orders on the BudRun platform.
The minimum legal age for cannabis purchase and consumption varies by province and territory:

2. Age Confirmation at Registration
By creating an account on BudRun you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase cannabis in your province or territory. Providing false information regarding your age is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Government ID Required Upon Delivery
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery to verify your age. Accepted forms of identification include:
- Provincial or territorial driver’s licence
- Canadian passport
- Provincial or territorial photo identification card
- Canadian Citizenship Card with photo
- Permanent Resident Card with photo
- Canadian Armed Forces identification card
4. Refusal of Delivery
Our delivery drivers are required by law to verify the age of every customer before completing a delivery. If you are unable to provide valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery, the driver reserves the right to refuse the delivery. In such cases the order will be returned to the dispensary and no refund will be issued.
5. Third Party Recipients
Orders may only be accepted by the registered account holder. Delivery to a third party is not permitted. If someone other than the registered account holder attempts to accept the delivery without valid ID, the delivery will be refused.
6. Compliance with Local Laws
It is your responsibility to ensure that cannabis delivery is permitted in your municipality, city, and province. BudRun operates only in jurisdictions where cannabis delivery is legal. By placing an order you confirm that cannabis delivery is permitted at your delivery address.
7. Zero Tolerance Policy
BudRun has a zero tolerance policy for underage access to cannabis. Any attempt to circumvent our age verification process will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending orders, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
